- Step 1: Fill out the form First, you must fill out the 'Offline Maktab Application' form below.
- Step 2: Interview Interested mu'allim/mu'allimah must pass an interview at IOM. After submitting the form, contact the School Maktab - IOM page for all instructions regarding the interview.
- Step 3: Confirmation After passing the interview, you will be granted permission from IOM to run the maktab.
Training
You must undergo training before starting this maktab. Therefore, it is mandatory to complete the maktab training course before the interview.

Optional subject:
If institutional certification is required for the school maktab's institutional recognition, a fee of 500 taka must be paid to obtain the institutional certificate from the IOM authority.
If offline maktab students want to receive a certificate directly from IOM authorities after completing the course, they must pay a fee of 500 taka per person to take the exam and receive the certificate from IOM.
Apart from the two mentioned items, there will be no other financial transactions with IOM.
