- Payment Write here about any issues related to payment not being updated or any payment-related problems.
- Sisters' Admission/Campus Write here about any admission or campus-related issues for sisters. Password reset, adding/removing subjects in the campus, not receiving roll/email, campus activation/login issues.
- Brothers' Admission/Campus Write here about any admission or campus-related issues for brothers. Password reset, adding/removing subjects in the campus, not receiving roll/email, campus activation/login issues.
- Exam Reset/Poor Fund Write here about issues related to exam reset or retaking exams due to difficulties in taking exams for all brothers and sisters, exam reset with late fee, poor fund, etc.
- Attendance Any issues regarding attendance not being corrected even after correction on the attendance sheet should be reported to this department.
- Ustad/Sheet Report any issues with exam papers, any matters related to the teacher (ustad), or if sheets are not uploaded in the campus or any sheet-related problems to this department.
- Class Video/Result/Assignment If class videos are not uploaded or any related issue, if results are missing or incorrect in the result sheet, or if assignment marks are not updated for the incident of returning to the path of Deen, contact this department for support.
- Courier/Certificate/ID Card Report here any courier-related issues from IOM, such as Hadiyah/Certificate/ID card, or any other issues.
